Fall Bay RFC

About

When you first join Fall Bay RFC, it’s sometimes difficult to under- stand how everything works. We hope this section serves as a useful tool to who’s who and what’s what to help those new to the club. Fall Bay RFC – is a WRU member club – which, in turn, is a part of South Gower Sports Club located in the heart of Gower. When you pay your club mem- bership you gain access to all the sports on offer at the club.

At Fall Bay RFC all the profits are fed back into the club for the benefit of the members and the local community. The club regularly holds events to support local charities and businesses. All the staff and committee members are volunteers and keep the show on the road by giving their time and expertise; from tending the grounds to working behind the bar. Your membership not only entitles you to a discount on your drinks (definitely a bonus) but also makes you an intrinsic part of the club. We are always looking for more help, so if you want to volunteer in any way – let us know! Without the volunteers then the club would not be viable.

Membership is collected annually, £10 per person, but capped at £40 for a family. All adults and children must be Sports Club members. This is seperate to and additional to the Rugby Subs which is explained a little further on in this document.

Your club membership covers:
– use of the facilities including tennis courts, squash court, etc. – discount entry to events such as the annual Music Festival
– ability to hire club for private parties, birthdays, christenings etc. Child members parties are free and over 18s parties are £50 (with an extra £21 for a late licence).
